Bengaluru Pork & Beans Curry – mild or spicy

6,00

‘Cowboy Curry’ inspired by the classic French cassoulet with a rich creamy sauce and a spicy Indian twist. I have used lentils, chickpeas, white beans, flageolets and red beans to make this delicious curry with slow roasted pork.

Bengaluru Pork and Beans Curry 🌶or 🌶🌶🌶

For fairly obvious reasons, my family call this tasty pork and beans dish ‘Cowboy Curry‘. But actually, the inspiration comes from the classic French cassoulet in a rich creamy sauce. It has an abundance of Indian flavours, plus lentils, chickpeas, white beans, flageolets and red beans with tender, slow roasted pork. Although there are a few different spices in this recipe, they are not overpowering. Based on recent customer feedback we now also offer a spicier version of this delicious curry. See which you prefer.

Serve with rice, naans or chapatis

All curries come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed and frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours. Please note: image is for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary.
