Yellow Thai curry is a vibrant and flavourful dish that combines the warmth of spices with a medley of fresh vegetables. Our version includes roasted peppers and peas, adding a delightful sweetness and texture to the curry. The sauce is creamy and fragrant, due to the infusion of coconut milk and a blend of aromatic spices. Each mouthful offers a warm, comforting experience, perfect for a special occasion or weekend treat.

All curries come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed, cooked and frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours. 

Ingredients: red, green and yellow peppers, sweetcorn, peas, rapeseed oil, cornflour, garlic, onions, ginger, Thai yellow curry paste, coconut milk, coriander, vegetable stock, lemon juice, lime juice.
