Vegetables and Lentils Curry (v) 🌶

This has to be one of my favourite curries. A wonderful blend of bite-size seasonal vegetables and lentils (dahl) and lots of delicious spices go into this curry. It is a mild dish, but really filling and flavoursome. Perfect served with naan breads and onion bhajis.

All our curries are in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed and frozen to lock in all the sensational flavours.

Ingredients : lentils, tomato puree, tomato concentre, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, spinach, vegetable stock, rapeseed oil, water, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder.
