Goan Vegetable Curry 🌶 or 🌶🌶🌶
If you love a good Goan curry then you’re in for a treat. Made with in-season vegetables, such as butternut squash and cauliflower. Although there are a few different spices in this recipe, none of them are overpowering. Normally a mild curry, but we also offer a spicier dish, as well as the traditional Goan pork curry.
Serve this curry dish with Basmati rice, naans or chapatis – and a good chutney!
All curries come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed and frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours. Please note: image is for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary.
Ingredients: Cloves, Peppercorns, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Green Cardamom Pods, Cinnamon, Dried chillies, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Salt, Turmeric, Garlic Ginger paste, Red Wine Vinegar, Red Onions, Tomato Puree, Tomatoes, Sugar. Coconut Milk Powder, Cornflour, Lemon Juice.
