Renate’s Dahl Masala 🌶 🌶 🌶
This is my friend Renate’s recipe for dahl masala, a traditional comforting Indian dish. This deliciously, thick, creamy and soupy dahl is full of flavour and spices. A super-nutritious dish that is the perfect accompaniment to any curry or great on its own.
All curries come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed, cooked and then frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours.
Ingredients : water, tinned tomatoes, split lentils, onions, oil, garlic in oil, ginger, salt, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, green chillies.
