Deliciously creamy Keralan vegetable curry. Made with seasonal vegetables in spices, coconut milk and cream for a smooth and flavoursome sauce. 

Serving Suggestions: Goes well with plain rice or any Indian breads – roti, parathas or chapatis

Ingredients: Seasonal vegetables, Chilli Powder, Coconut Milk, Coriander-Chopped Leaf, Coriander-Ground, Double Cream, Single Cream, Ground Cumin, Dried Fenugreek leaves, Garam Masala, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Vegetable Oil, Onion, Salt, Cornflour, Chicken stock, Tomato, Ground Turmeric.
