Vegetable Dhansak is true comfort food any time of the year. In fact, I think that any dish that uses lentils and seasonal vegetables is automatically comforting and nourishing. This delicious dish has a melange of spices and herbs and tastes sensational! 

Serve vegetable dhansak with Basmati rice and a spoonful of natural yoghurt.

All our curries are in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. The vegetables are vacuum packed with the sauce and then cooked. So all the nutrients and sensational flavours are sealed in during the cooking process.
