Chutneys are a wonderful sweet and spicy condiment. As well as being used in some curries and as an accompaniment to many Indian dishes, here are a few more ideas of what else you can use it for.
1. Add to barbecue sauce.
2. Use with sandwiches.
3. Spread on bread in toasted sandwiches
4. Add to stuffing for turkey.
5. Stuff filo pastry with goat cheese and chutney
6. Bake a brie with chutney on top and serve with toasted baguette
7. Use as an accompaniment to cheese.
