Based on the Dishoom restaurant recipe, this is the same rich, silky makhani sauce that we use for our popular Chicken Ruby. “A good and proper curry redolent with spice and flavour.”
It’s a classic Indian tomato based curry with complex spices and the most amazing flavours! We offer this in a medium or spicy version – so something to suit all tastes!
All curries come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. They are vacuum packed and frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours. Please note: image shown is chicken ruby curry and is for illustration purposes only.
Ingredients: garlic, vegetable oil, fresh root ginger, tomatoes, bay leaves, green cardamom pods, black cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, salt, chilli powder, butter, garam masala, granulated sugar, honey, ground cumin, kasoori methi powder (dried fenugreek leaves), dill, double cream, cornflour, rice flour.
