Goan Pork Curry 🌶 🌶
Goa is one of the few places in India where pork is a significant part of the local cuisine. It is here that this famous pork curry originated. My version of Goan Pork Curry features succulent 12-hour slow-roasted pork shoulder. The end result is a delicious, spicy dish with melt-in-the-mouth pork and a rich, flavoursome spiciness.
All curries come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed, cooked and then frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours.
Ingredients : peppercorns, cloves, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli, salt, turmeric, garlic, ginger, vinegar, onion, tomato, sugar: honey, cornflour, lemon juice, powdered coconut milk.
