Choose from chicken, pork or vegetables in Sauce Bordelaise, a classic French red wine sauce. 

All of the dishes in our sauce range come in individual portion sizes which are 300g pre-cooked. Vacuum packed, cooked and then frozen to lock in all the delicious flavours. Please note: image is for illustration purposes only.

Ingredients: Red wine, Onion, Water, Butter, Tomato concentrate, Cornflour, Honey, Salt, Garlic, Pepper, Thyme, Herbes de Provence, Vegetable stock. Additional ingredients in the vegetable version: Roasted Carrots, Parsnip, Cauliflower.
