Our Shipping Policy

Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy for when you order online from La Ferme Du Bourdicou. Please read them carefully before making a purchase and if there is anything you are not sure about just get in touch.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within three business days after the order is placed. Notification of processing and shipping will be provided separately when each order is confirmed. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.

In the event of a high volume of orders, it is possible that your order may be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility when making your purchase. In the case of any significant processing or shipping delays, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided during checkout.

Domestic shipping costs and estimates

We are happy to offer free domestic shipping, i.e. within mainland France, on orders over €65. With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within seven days of placing your order, though sometimes you may experience delays.

Here is a summary of the shipping costs using La Poste. Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel weight and destination. We also offer an alternative shipping option via Mondial Relais and this can be selected during checkout.

International shipping costs and estimates

We can also offer international shipping. Please contact us for more details. International orders may incur taxes or import duties like VAT. These are incurred once the package reaches the destination country. La Ferme du Bourdicou is not responsible for these charges – any incurred charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order status?

You will receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up. You can track your order once it has been dispatched using the carrier’s tracking number and website. 

If for some reason you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please contact us at beverley@fermedubourdicou.com. We will look into it for you as soon as possible

Returns and refunds policy

Returned items must be returned in the original packaging, unsealed and in brand-new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
